What's most notable is that it has a 6.2" touchscreen. This is used not just for added game play mechanics, but as a second screen in case someone wants to use the big screen for television.
Now people are already going on about the name, "what kind of name is Wii U?" "that name sucks." and all of the sorts. But may I remind you that the Nintendo Wii had the same problem when it was announced.
Now their are already third party developers developing games for the system. Now I think I can see some of the potential in this new concept for a game system, But I'm still a bit confused. I'm not sure how I should react to the console. I'll probably be like this till I see more people trying it out, finding out what they thought of the Wii U. Or perhaps I will have to wait to try it myself.
In all, I'm pretty excited to find out how developers will use the console and controller in their games.
