As a big fan a the original Looney Tunes I was happy that they were bring back these amazing characters for the new generation. I was imagining all those old gags brought back to life along with new ones. Maybe seeing the old shorts remasters with alot of new ones as well.
That was quickly shot down soon after while watching the commercials for it. What the hell was wrong with Lola Bunny, something seemed wrong.
Soon later I watched the premier episode,
I had no idea what was going on. Why was Daffy roommates with Bugs Bunny? And why were they living in a house? Bugs lives in a rabbit hole.
It then confirmed what I feared. This was a completely dumbed down version not even related to the original show. It completely insulted my love for old comedy. Sure they tried to use some old jokes but they were very poorly executed.
What the hell were they thinking. I don't even want to do a Google search for images to show you.
Instead of being a collection of shorts like the original Looney Tunes these were just single episodes with a short here and there. Some shorts were horrifying musicales that make me shiver thinking about them.
I completely don't like this show and recommended you to NOT watch it.
