Chibi Reacts; The Looney Tunes Show

As a big fan a the original Looney Tunes I was happy that they were bring back these amazing characters for the new generation. I was imagining all those old gags brought back to life along with new ones. Maybe seeing the old shorts remasters with alot of new ones as well.

That was quickly shot down soon after while watching the commercials for it. What the hell was wrong with Lola Bunny, something seemed wrong.

Chibi Reacts; Gamecube Games Disks Will Not Be usable With The Wii U

So I just read this article on ScrewAttack that you won't be able to use your GameCube game disks on their new console the Wii U (read article here). That's a bit of a let down as there are some good games on that system like The Legend of Zelda the Wind Waker and Super Mario Sunshine.

3D Classics ExciteBike, Legend of Zelda Link's Awakening DX , Alleyway, Super Mario Land

As soon as I got the system update for my 3DS I went to the E-Shop and downloaded me some of the games. Here is what I got and what I think about them.

My Nintendo E3 Predictions Results

Before Nintendo's press conference at E3 2011 took place I had made some predictions about what would happen Here.

Now I'm going to go over them to see if I was right.

Chibi Reacts; The Wii U Nintendo's new Console and Controller

wii u controller image shown at E3 2011 with New Super Mario Brothers
So Nintendo just revealed their new console, well the controller at least. The console will make use of the Wii's controller the Wii mote as some call it. Or you can use this strange device to the left.

What's most notable is that it has a 6.2" touchscreen.  This is used not just for added game play mechanics, but as a second screen in case someone wants to use the big screen for television.

Now people are already going on about the name, "what kind of name is Wii U?" "that name sucks." and all of the sorts. But may I remind you that the Nintendo Wii had the same problem when it was announced.

Now their are already third party developers developing games for the system. Now I think I can see some of the potential in this new concept for a game system, But I'm still a bit confused. I'm not sure how I should react to the console. I'll probably be like this till I see more people trying it out, finding out what they thought of the Wii U. Or perhaps I will have to wait to try it myself.

In all, I'm pretty excited to find out how developers will use the console and controller in their games.

Nintendo's E3 Press Conference Predictions

With Nintendo's E3 press conference only 3 hours away I think I'll spend some of that time coming up with some predictions.

But lets start of with what we know.

We know...
Nintendo will show off their new Console which is codenamed Project Cafe.
The control for the console will have some sort of touch screen
That they'll reveal a Mario game for the 3DS or so I hear.

Chibi Reacts - The Legend of Zelda Ocarina of Time 3D

So on June 17 Nintendo will be releasing a 3D remake of The Legend of Zelda Ocarina of Time which will have upgraded graphics, be in 3D, be on the 3DS, and include a mirrored Master Quest.

Teaser images for The Legend of Zelda Ocarina of Time 3D
Now I love Zelda Ocarina of Time and so do many other people. It just may even be the greatest game ever made, but is it good enough to get it again?

Well... I think so.

These days I tend to find myself playing my handheld more then anything else. Playing this anywhere I want is quite a good thing for me at least.

Now it doesn't have upgraded music but I have heard there is a hidden orchestrated track somewhere in the game. That's kind of a let down as I would of loved more orchestrated tracks like the one created for Super Smash Brothers Brawl.

But still I'm going to get this game when it comes out and I really think you should to especially if you've never played the game.

Chibi Reacts - Nintendo May Show Off New Mario Galaxy At E3

Now I've been reading online that Nintendo will be showing off their new console codenamed Project Cafe at E3 the Electronics Entertainment Expo on June 7, and I just read on one of the blogs I follow that Nintendo my even show off a new Mario Galaxy for such a system.
Read the blog post here.

Now as cool as that sounds I have my doubts about this.

First off they already have a 3D Mario game coming out for the 3DS, and that one looks like it could be a Super Mario Galaxy title.

Just looking at the images below kind of seem like it's more in that style to me, except for the title logo.

several teaser images for Mario's upcoming adventure on the 3DS
Even though you can't really see anything that has to do with space I just can't seem to think that Nintendo would work on two big 3D Mario games at the same time. But while looking at the pictures it does seem to not look like a Mario Galaxy title.

Now this doesn't mean that a new Mario game for Cafe won't be there I just doubt it will be Mario Galaxy, and if I had to guess I would guess it would be one of the many Mario spinoff titles, maybe a new Mario Party.

We'll just have to wait until E3 to find out.
